Fluid-analysis results must be interpreted in the context of the applicable equipment, lubricant, operating conditions, sampling history, OEM guidance and relevant specifications. The Atlas does not replace laboratory review, engineering judgment, equipment inspection or safety procedures.
Urgent conditions
When a result or symptom may involve loss of lubrication, fire risk, electrical equipment, pressurised systems, hot coolant, fuel handling or active mechanical distress, follow site and equipment-specific precautions and consult appropriately qualified personnel.
Standards and limits
Method identifiers and scope summaries are educational. Purchase or access the current official document for procedures, precision statements, decision rules and conformity work. Product and equipment limits vary by grade, jurisdiction, contract and OEM.
